If they make a shampoo lower than the ph level of your hair, I have never heard of it..
Hair is in the range of 4.5 to 5.5. Most shampoos are a 6.0 or higher.
If the PH level were lower than a 4.5, it would not produce any suds, which is what carries the dead skin cells and such out of your hair when they are rinsed out.
Lower than a 4.5 would be skin lotions and hair conditioners for moisturizing.
