Most PEOPLE have noticeable "fuzz" on their bodies. Most tactful people choose to notice and not say anything so as to not make someone feel bad about their appearance.

Well, All the females on this earth almost have it & it's not bad. Some have it more, some have it less, but no human is hairless on this planet! Hair is part of our natural physical mechanism. Females might usually be hairless than males but they usually have lighter hairs according to the gender expression. That's all, it's not bad tho, i mean you gotta learn that & try to research about it if you didn't know it by now. Women has hairs & it's natural & completely normal.
Most all women have some here and there and it's no big deal but some have a lot more than others.
