Cortisone cream helps but there is no fixed cure. You can only treat it.
I use hydrocortisone, triamcinolone, fluocinonide, desonide for my eczema as prescriptions. But when I'm not using them, I use Cetiphil CREAM NOT lotion, it retains in moisture a lot longer than lotions. I also moisturize all. The. Time. Eating differently can also affect it. Try not to eat as many things with nickel in it, you will see a difference in your skin soon. Hold in there!
You could try a product called simple sugars...used for eczema and psoriasis. I've heard good things about this product and it's all natural. Otherwise a steroid cream will work as a treatment.
Pine tar soap and shampoo can be helpful.
