I used toothpaste to get rid of some spots and it left a huge mark on my face, will it go away overnight?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'mark', but it could have been caused by irritation of skin which can be caused by certain types of toothpaste your skin is sensitive to. You would need to find a toothpaste which doesn't irritate your skin type if you want to go this route (like I did in the past)  I have some more natural remedies you can try out to see if it works:

- Slice a fresh lemon in half and rub it on the acne area and leave it over night. Rinse your face the next morning or  you can also squeeze the juice and mix it with rose water and apply to the acne area.

-  Cut a tomato and rub it on the acne areas, leaving it there for around 15 minutes. Then just wash it off with water. This helps to reduce blackheads and works really well for oily skin in particular!

There are many ways to cure your acne short-term and long-term. Now, I can share with you something that has actually helped me get rid of my acne permanently and hopefully it works for you too: Skintervention Guide

Good luck my friend!

I'm a health and beauty expert with my own skin care business. I need a bit more info on what you mean by big mark and why did you use the toothpaste. After you give more info, I can try and help
