I have a dark complexion and dark brown-black hair.. I'm thinking for having streaks put in.. which color will suit me?

Light colors..that's all I can say....your gonna need balance- so maybe...dirty blond but...in actuality natural is sexy....I've never died my hair...and I have yet to meet someone with better hair. :DD
