I'm not sure about the Rosken Skin Repair Cream, but I do know from experience, Aquaphor Healing Ointment manufactured by Eucerin is excellent for healing. It is also very inexpensive. You put it on a couple of times a day (texture of Vaseline) and the scabbing is over fairly quickly and the healing time is 1/4 the normal time at least in my experience. I only have 5 professional tattoos which are all recent within the past year, but I have a full back one, and like I said they all healed very nicely and quickly once I learned of this product. I notice you asked the question 3 weeks ago - sorry I wasn't able to offer this to you earlier. Good luck, and I hope your tattoo healed nicely. -)
