Not warm enough. You'll need to find a jacket with a very thick and comfortable liner. I have aleather bomber jacket that is wool on the inside and it has kept me warm through the harshest of winters.
But yeah leather alone will be great for trapping some body heat and keeping the elements at bay but you will be quite cold without added insulation.
