Why So White People's Hair Grow Longer Than Black People?

Black people's hair does grow to the same length. We just often have very curly hair, and straight hair grows longer because it's flat down and our's curls up when it grows so it takes more time for curly hair to increase in length.

Because back then we  were slavs we couldnt  wash our hair white people had it all

That is blatantly not true. There was a white slave trade which was bigger than the black slave trade, and the first man in America to own a slave was black. Also, the white people didn't go around rounding up black people; the people in Africa actually sold their own people to the slave trade, too.
