Sudafed does not contain antihistamine but it contains pseudo ephedrine which is a decongestant and used to treat nasal congestion due to hey fever, common cold, upper respiratory tract allergies, sinus congestion and pressure. This can not be used for itchy skin. You can use benadryl for this purpose.
