Your TB skin test is NEGATIVE. It must have indicated (if the skin is slightly raised) for it to be positive. I know, I'm a nurse.

Not necessarily! If you have a negative test of TB then it must be because of some other reason that you have such redness. It can be rashes, Dermatitis and other skin infections. Do not worry and get the complete details from the given link;Redness of skin
