This job is generally included with being a licensed funeral director and/or embalmer and most of the time is not specifically done by a separate individual.
If a funeral firm does have a separate individual hired for application of mortuary cosmetics, I'm sure they would make above minimum wage and then some.
It's hard for someone to place a value on that however for (I'm sure) it's varies from (funeral) firm to firm.
