I think you will find the brand Milk Maid is no longer made. There is no trace of it on the internet.
I also have been looking for years! I used to be able to get it up until the early 1970's at a little drug store in Royal Oak MI. It had a soft cherry scent to it. It was a favorite and I am going to continue looking. I even contacted The Vermont Country Store which is known for finding long lost products and they could not find it either.
Sorry I don't have an answer but I too have been looking for this lipstick for years to no avail. Hope someone finds who carries it so I can buy bushels of it for me and my girlfriends. We were milkmaid users!
I wish I knew...I use to get it in Birmingham Michigan in the 50's...I loved it.
