The cream is a light acid mixture that removes layers of the skin and fades the tattoo. With time (usually 6 months to a year) the tattoo can be gone or almost gone. Make sure when purchasing the cream it is the tattoo removal cream and not the full blown acid.
Unfortunately, there isn't one. The ink of the tattoo is under a few layers of skin. And normally the creams do not reach under those layers.

I just saw Wrecking Balm at Walmart! I couldn't believe it, its such a joke! Wrecking Balm will not remove your tattoo or even fade it - just temporarily lighten it up. At least at Walmart you can return anything that you buy even if its been opened. Best to stay away from wrecking balm to begin with but at least you'll get your money back if you want to travel that road. Tat B Gone is the real deal and it faded away my tattoo in 6 months. I'm dead serious, that stuff REALLY works.
Having a tattoo is worth it/
No, tattoos can only be removed by laser treatments..and it takes several of these treatments to permanently remove the tattoo.
It does work it just takes a long time, between 6 month to one year. You have to be dedicated and have someone to help with application if your tattoo is on your back or some other hard to reach place. These creams work better on older tattoos where the ink has already started to fade as well as on lighter colors. But with time its should be possible to fade out most tattoos. Here is a tattoo removal cream review that I found helpful: www.tattooremovalinstitute.org
