Boys, yes. Men, no. Teenagers can get away with them, but by the time they are drinking age, they should go.
teenagers can wear them, and maybe in the early 20 to mid 20's but no one should wear them after 25 lol.
Men are free to wear what they wish, but seeing them in skinny jeans doesn't appeal to me at all.

I agree with Janis Haskell. Men can wear whatever they wish
to. However, I would not be attracted to them. There are pants which are not skinny
but they are a bit tight. These can be quite sexy. I think that some teenagers
can rock them. It is quite appropriate for their style.
Oh yas. I look great in them :D
Now they’re not for everyone, and you probably should be on the younger side if you’re going to “rock” them (I’m 23), but if you have the figure for them, go for it!
I tend to prefer form-fitting clothing. Though admittedly I’m wearing joggers more than I’m wearing jeans lately.
