I wash my hair every single day, I've never had a problem with it and I have extremely hair. I don't think it's bad at all, if I don't get up and wash my hair every morning it makes me feel dirty.

Depends on your hair and the type of shampoo and what products you use on it daily. When I was younger I had very oily hair and I  washed it every day, sometimes twice a day and never used a conditioner. I had perfectly healthy hair. In fact it bugged my friends how I never had a single split end. Now that I am older, my hair is much dryer. I wash it every two to three days with a moisturizing shampoo. If I washed it every day it would be a frizzy mess. I also now have to use conditioner.

What happens if you wash your hair everyday?

When you wash your hair everyday you strip it of their natural oils. When this happens, your scalp starts to produce more oil and therefore making your hair become more greasy faster. ... If you have an urge to wash it because you feeling your roots getting oily then dry shampoo will do the trick.

How many times a week should you wash your hair?

If your skin and hair are anywhere from normal (not super oily and not super dry) to dry, you probably only need to wash it once or twice a week, according to a Columbia University health column. If you have a greasy scalp, you probably need to wash your hair more often.

Washing would take away the natural oils from the scalp leaving your dry and withered. Wash it with conditioner if you have to.

Hello!

It is not recommended to wash your hair every day. This is
because this removes the natural oils that your hair needs to stay
healthy.  If you wash it too often, it
might become dry. Moreover, if you do not dry your hair properly, you might get
headaches. However, that depends on your hair type.
