That's exactly why I never wear drawstring pants. It's a pain in the patudie.

No. Never happened to me. I wear underwear with my shorts or pants.
It's the shorts with Velcro that really get to me ! Drawstrings are OK but that Velcro can be deadly !

I can honestly say that has never happened to me. I did get my penis caught in a zipper once. That is...not fun...
