A healthy diet, drink lots of water, avoid greasy food, don't over-clean your face as its needs natural oils, use coconut oil once in a while as it does wonders!
Go to a local pharmacy and actually look at face washes and get one that suits your skin and problem ( ie. I have sensitive so I need a lighter face wash) then get into a habit of using it EVERY day/night
Drink plenty of water.
Apply coconut oil during nights when going to sleep..
Use food with consultancy.
