I would say if you have the body to show a well manufactured (not cheat looking) bikini and the permission of your parents eh! Go for it! The bikini in my humble opinion, is meant to translate sexiness, sensuality, maturity, dareness, great body to wear such attire with classic elegance, style and class however, a 13 years old has NO IDEA of those concepts. Why don't you wait another 7 to 10 years and perhaps then, you might have the body and the mental education to fit your bikini.
