I don't know if a salon will but doing it yourself is not hard at all. Simply flat iron the piece of hair you want to coontail then make sure all of your other hair is pinned out of the way. Wrap tape around your hair where you don't want to dye it.(Making the stripes) Make sure the tape is at equal distances from each other unless you want difference in stripe sizes. Then simply mix your dye then (with gloves on) take a small amount of dye on your finger and using your finger and thumb rub it into the un-taped hair. Leave it in for as long as the directions say then rinse. Don't worry about the tape if you use scotch tape it should come right out in the water. Make sure to blow dry your hair afterwards
