It does, in fact, have something to do with ethnicity. The Chinese have very oily, moist skin which is a frequent cause of acne. Other nationalities get acne too - but this is usually the reason for acne in the Chinese.
Why do chinese ppl have so much acne?
I have acne, and I'm not chinese...Haha. But I wish. It doesnt matter who is chinese, it matters what you do with your health. Hope this helps :)
Acne affects millions of people around the world and no 2 people have identical amounts of spots, some people get a lot of zits and others not so many, its absolutely nothing to do with ethnicity.
