Garter belts are hot and honestly they don't have to be holding up anything. I wouldn't think many women would wear one for a practical use due to the fact that you buy pantyhose with like plastic lining or whatever to hold them up. I am 22

I occasionally wear them for my honey. But I rarely wear panyhose. I don't have a job that requires that kind of dress. But he loves the same as Billzbub.
