I Have Dry Skin Around My Mouth. The Doctor Diagnosed It As Impetigo, But Everything On The Net Says Impetigo Looks Like Blisters. I'm Confused. Is The Dry Skin Thing The Starting Symptom?

I agree with you that impetigo show blisters or red bumps some times filled with pus. It can be due to eczema or dermatitis. I advise you to visit another doctor especially dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
