There are any number of scrubs you can buy. Drugstores and big box stores sell them or you can go for the pricy ones at department stores. I have sensitive skin and what has worked best for me is using Biore Baking Soda Acne Scrub twice a week.
White heads are easy to cure. You take steam on regular basis. Apply lemon juice on that area for thirty minutes daily. Used home made scrub of honey, sugar and lemon juice.

- Wash your face 2 to 3 times a day to keep oil away.
- Drink plenty of water, eat fresh fruits and veggies.
- In the evening, wipe your face using some cotton and toner.
