What do you think is the most effective ways to hop those in need? Giving food, building house, giving money, and many others, but what can really make them a "fisher", not just a "getter"?

It depends on the person. They arethe working poor who have jbs but can't afford a home in a decent neighborhood. They need affordable housing. There are those who have no job skills. They need education and training. Mostly they need to be heard and given hope. The ones that are just "getters" are the hopeless.
