Walmart has some nice ones that hold up for a long time.

I have found some good hoodies from Wal-Mart and Target that have lasted several years. You can also try brand names stores like Areopostale, American Eagle, or Old Navy.

I have a bunch of things from Apparelnbags that I would highly recommend. Their hoodies / sweatshirts of all kinds are excellent, and if you want to get a little further afield their outerwear jackets are very interesting as well. Great customer service, excellent quality, and hey, made in America is hard to beat as well.
