The thing I do is - I always consider this harmful. Then I proceed to either read the instructions or ask my practitioner. This way I keep a mindset that protects me from unwanted mistakes. :)

It is harmful. products purchased from different company with different ingredients can cause bad chemical reactions with one another and are not safe, not recommended.
