I can't think of any celebrity tattoos that impress me because I wouldn't know the story behind them. I think tattoos should have meaning to the person getting them and a story behind them. That makes them art and beuitiful , in my opinion. A tattoo just for the shock value is unimpressive to me , celebrity or not.
