Any good Neosporin ointment will work quickly and take care of that for you. It's great for any kind of rash. Or if you wish to talk to your Doctor, you can ask for a prescription for Triamcinolone Acetonide cream. 0.01 % . That'll sure do the trick real fast. Your choice.
"Desitin Ointment" is used for many things to prevent feet sweating , fungal rashes, so might want consider. I don't use fungal medication this is what I use.
Sudocrem is probably the best and cheapest. I use it all the time and it works within a couple of days at the most. Just dont pile it on, make sure to put a fine layer on top of the rash.
