I'm really lucky because I don't get spots, but I got my first one a few weeks ago (I'm 16). It's gone now, but there's still a mark there, almost like a scar. It's not very noticeable, but is there any way I can get rid of it?

The best way to get rid of scars from spots would be lotion. Another good but slightly more expensive alternative would be Maderma. It is used to specifically treat scars. It's quite similar to a lotion. Can be found in the medication section of any Walmart.
