State the age at which an individual is classed as a minor & how this differs nationally ( beauty therapy)?

It depends entirely where in the world you live .  Different countries have different age levels .  For instance I live in Scotland in the U.K. And whereas you cannot marry without parental consent in England until you are 18, here in Scotland, you can be married at 16 without parental consent . So the age where you are considered a minor, is variable depending where you live .
