If you mean yellow stuff on their "pants", then it's probably mustard. If you mean yellow stuff in the crotch of their panties, then it's a normal protein-containing vaginal discharge that has been cooked into the cotton crotch panel by the hot laundry water. This can be removed by using cold water, laundry detergent, and bleach or laundry blue to wash the panties.
