The best way I grow my hair is to take good care of it......
Don't wash your hair everyday, and when you get out of the shower don't pull on your hair when you dry it . Just get a towl and damp dry it... This will help with the growing. You should only use your hair dryers/straightners/curlers to min.... I only use my hair straightner once a week... Because heat can dry the ends of your hair out and pulling on your hair may lead to hair loss. Just eat well have a good diet excersize and get a good night's sleep....
Oh and one more thing if your stresst take a chill pill... Stress is the one thing that can effect the way your hair grows....

Hope that helps...

Biotin and Prenatals. I recently chopped all my hair off because of all the damage over the past couple years due to dying it. I am taking these vitamins daily hoping to speed up the growing process. Also a good scalp massage while your in the shower helps stimulate scalp follicles and gets the blood flowing. Hope this helps!

Well ,I suggest you have proper massage to your head with a good quality hair oil,in case you have lost all your hair.Castor oil, mustard oil ,olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil etc. are good for hair growth.Wash your hair with a mild shampoo.Conditioning of hair is a must ,if you want your hair to grow fast.Have a cut of the hair tips after every two months to avoid split-ends.Drink lots of water and have a good healthy diet including dairy products and proteins. You have not mention your age ,I want you to know that hair grows in length to a certain age and then it's life gets over.So hopefully , using the above mentioned tips you will get hair but I regret these might not be thick.

Cutting only helps split ends, not growing. Hair is simply dead protein. Growing it is all about the scalp.

A diet helps. Vitamin B and proteins. Too much sugars can stunt growth.

Heat and Pressure on the scalp does the trick. Thats why when you sleep on one side of you head at night one side is longer than the other.

If you want healthy hair growth, it can be boosted by Biotin. 5000mcg daily cando wonders for your skin, hair, and nails. Flax seed gives hair and nails strength. If you take prenatal vitamins, you can improve all of that, plus help your bones. Also, take a super B complex at night and Niacin (flush free 500mg). While taking these will improve your hair, nails, skin, and bones, you will also lower your cholesterol and improve your nervous system. Warning though, all these vitamins will make your urine highlighter yellow. You have no need to worry, it's an enzyme in the B vitamin that causes that; it's not dangerous. You can find all of these anywhere, but may get your best deals at Walmart, Kmart, or Target.

Every couple months trim it a little bit and sometimes that works or I have tried using various natural products too. I used something called a growth supplement, and it kind off works.

Otherwise, give it some time!

Hair usually has the tendency to grow about half an inch every month. Another thing to try and look fabulous is by trying and getting an exact hair extension that matches you colour really well. One of the best and healthiest ways in order to have a good hair growth is by getting your hair trimmed every 6 to 8 weeks. You should try and eat at the same time a diet rich in protein, vitamin B, omega fatty acids and leafy greens.

There is anything that can be applied specifically but you try and grow it with the help of a healthy diet. Try not using any kind of or overusing flatirons or drying your hair on the hot setting, it could possibly only damage your hair. Condition your hair at least once a week.

To grow hair quickly there are different methods. Some methods grow your hair naturally, some with the help of cosmetics and therapy.
Doctors and beauticians say that the best way to grow your hair is by applying hair oil daily. If you don't like to apply hair oil and go out, you can do a nice massage at night and in the morning wash your hair. Try to use a shower instead of tumblers to pour water on your head.
Hair needs proper care, you should wash your hair with shampoo and to keep it strong and healthy. There are clinics that can grow your hair very fast with the help of cosmetics and therapy. I suggest you consult any beautician to help you with the issue. There is a good chance that they will give you a proper treatment for your hair and a description of what to apply on your hair. One more solution for faster growth is to keep trimming it once in a while. This will help you to get rid of split ends too which hamper hair growth.

Your hair will grow quicker if you live in a warm climate or during the Summer if you live in the Northern Hemisphere, take plenty of vitamins and have a good diet, exercise to get your blood flowing, condition your hair every time you wash it.
