Baggy pants, and loose shirts / hoodies
you could wear a large watch or something or a small chain necklace like you could get at AE.
If you can wear ball caps, wear one of those if you want.
You could dress up like a preppy boy with a polo.
They wear skater sneakers or converse.

Guys normally walk alittle heavier on their feet and they slouch more.
Stand with your hands in your pockets. Things like that :)
it would be funny if you acted like a really cocky guy and just flirted with everyone in sight like, "Hey sexy!" haha

Speaking as a boy I would say; put some padding on your stomach to keep your breasts looking small. Sure you will look chubby but that's the only way. Get a wig of some short but messy hair. Use make up to look like you have spots if you're asking as a teenager. Get some clothes you see boys wearing. Make sure you deepen your voice but not too much. Wear some sunglasses so your eyes don't look too much like girl eyes. Wear some male boxers too so if your trousers/shorts ever get pulled down you won't look like a boy wearing panties.

CUT your hair first and put on the boy clothing and shoes. So easy !

Easy!! Just put on the latest in boy clothing. Go in male clothing stores and shop like you are shopping for girl clothes look for sizes slightly bigger though!
