I Have A Black Ring Forming Around My Nose Piercing. Is This Skin Discoloration Temporary Or Permanent? Presently I Am Only Using The Sea Salt Solution And The Micro-bacterial Cleanser, Which Dries My Skin Terribly. Please Advise.

I'd say it's got something to do with the quality of the stud, cheap jewellery tends to cause the discolouration you're describing. Try and get your hands on a stainless steel or titanium one and it should clear up in no time.
