Sometimes, "fluid" builds up in the cartilage for no apparent reason. I wouldn't be too concerned unless it gets worse.

Well when I got my cartilage pierced I tore it when I was changing my shirt and it has a bump now so you probably tore it a bit

Research on google: Sea salt soaks for cartilage piercings....try this and you should be fine hun :)

Has anyone tried a product called Post-Pierce for the Cartilage Piercing Bump that forms?

It may be a Keloid, which is a type of scar that is made of excess scar tissue. Some stay small but some keep growing. There are some remedies to get rid of them but you may want to see your piercer or doctor to ask about them.
