Depends ... If it's wood or metal, take it to the Goodwill or Salvation Army and donate it.

If it is broken, break it down the rest of the way and put it in yur trash can. If it is still in good shape, donate it.
Leave it on your front lawn with a sign saying " free ". Someone will take it and be happy with it.
