Nope. No matter what the age, to me it looks terrible.
Maybe when she's a little older. It's her opinion ^^... Twelve is a little young. My brother has his nose pierced and his lip (he mostly wears the lip one tho and not the nose..) it looks fine on him! :) It's the choice of the girl wanting it done, she'll live with it, no one else.
