Probably just as much as anyone else does ! Hair color makes no difference.

I didn't know hair color can impress, express or define someone's fun. I'm sure people can have fun with any type of hair color. Each has it's own beauty & style so.
Fun people have fun. Hair doesn't come into it.
I'm sure they do, just as much as everyone else. A persons hair color has absolutely nothing to do with having fun or not. I don't have blond hair and I have tons of fun..like everyone else. Although, my version of fun and your version are probably two totally different things.
