What can I do to help remove acne? At no cost, or very little cost.

We all had problems with the acne as adolescents,  so don't worry about that.

My recommendations are to wash your face daily with antibacterial soap. If you are girl and wearing makeup don't go to bed without washing it all off

Make infusion of hot chamomile tea (just let it stay on the face with the hot steam as long you can resist),and or try to wash your face two times per week with chamomile tea

Cleaning the skin is important as it helps to remove dead skin cells and also removes the contaminants that aggravate the growth of pimples.Try using alovera gel daily , it helps in reducing pimples by reducing inflammation and fighting against bacteria.

You grow out of it. Trust me, adding more chemicals, taking more medicines is like applying make up everyday. It destroys your skin to an extent. Just invest in a good soap free facewash (I use Cetaphil and swear by it) and make sure you wash your face with a few times a day. You should be fine. Avoid moisturizers or make up with a lot of oil content.

Healthy eating and exercise also helps. Avoiding fried items and sugary products help!

1. Benzoyl Peroxide or an acne wash with benzoyl peroxide

2.Warm salt water- scrub your face and then get a rag and soak the rag and leave it on your face

Most of the advice you'll find on the internet about removing acne suggests that you buy creams, apply oils and ointments, and wash with special scrubs or whatever... But none of it is very specific.

The best answer for removing acne is:

a) Accept that you have acne. It's not great news, but it's not a death sentence. Cameron Diaz suffered from pretty bad acne... Some people are just born with skin that is more susceptible to acne.

b) You'll need to find the treatment that works for YOU.

Just like a fingerprint, everyone's skin is different. An acne treatment that might work on one person, may prove ineffective to another.

Some of the easiest and cheapest options available to start trying are:

  1. Rubbing castor oil on your skin
  2. Exfoliating
  3. Washing with a soap that has a ph balance of 5.5, no more than twice a day.

Put the above steps into practice and see how it goes. Also speak to your doctor, and ask about the moisture level of your skin, your pores and how much oil your skin is secreting.

These will help customize your acne treatment.

Definitely drinking a lot of water!! Remember if you smoke this can cause aging but it can also cause acne, so cut down or stop if you really are serious about your skin. Use a mild wash, the more you scrub your skin the worse the acne will become and use face wipes. 

There are some awesome, cheap wipes on the market that takes off all the excess oils on your skin and cleans your pores. Good luck

You should take in warm water with lemon each morning, and also use the squeezed lemon to rub your face, that can help. i hope it works

I faced this problem earlier, and it was horrible!

Here are a few things you can do and possibly get rid of those "deadly" problems:

1. Drink a lots of water, 12-15 glass a day (atleast).

2. Clean your face more often, don't just wash it with facewash/cleanser, also apply some astringent. The excessive oil of our skin which produces pimples will be gone by astringent.

3. Keep your scalp always clean of dust/dandruff. A dirty scalp can cause many skin problems.

4. Don't touch your face with your hands, our hands are full of germs although we don't see them.

5. Don't scrub your face when there's pimples, it will worsen.

6. Maintain a balanced diet, keep your stomach fresh, healthy and clean.

7. Don't put on too much make-up, always keep it fresh and clean.

8. Don't let your skin be exposed much under sun.

9. Keep your pillow and towel clean.

10. Keep smiling! That's the biggest medicine to any problem!
