My skin is so dry, what can I do or eat?

- Wash your face daily with a mild cleanser. This will help prevent your
skin from becoming drier. Moisturize with a non-perfumed,
non-alcohol-containing lotion after washing.

- Limit very hot showers, high temperatures, and low humidity, which rob your skin of moisture

1)Body Shop Hemp Moisturiser - brill on dry skin and lasts ages!

2) Aqueous soap/cream - couple of quid in chemist is brilliant

3) Get some Epaderm cream - like cocoa butter - from docs/chemist - can
use in the bath as bath oil, or best way is to use as cream and cover
your legs in it, wear some old trackies or sumint, best over nite and
then shower in morning as can b bit greasy.i use bout once a week and it
works miracles!

You need to follow the following ways to get rid of dry skin:

1. Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day.

2. Clean your face with cleanser that suits your skin type.

3. Use warm or lukewarm water so hydration isn't stripped from your skin.

4. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables for glowing face.

5. Try rubbing an ice cube all over your face, this makes your blood
circulate round your face more, and brings moisture to the surface.

You will get glowing face if you try all the above ways.

Last week I bought new skin care product but after usingI also have the same problem but after using Body Shop Soap natural soap, my problem has been solved. This contains natural ingredients that are good for skin. I think your should try this product.
