Shamar31: I have seen much worse.one man tattooed himself to look like a lizard and then had cranial implants put in so he can switch out his spikes(he has several sets of different sizes).and then he had his tongue split to look like a lizards tongue. They had him on guiness book of world records. But i have to admit he is at least earning a living with his appearance by working with ringling brothers and doing appearances in vegas. So at least he is earning more than he paid for his mods.

I am an old fashioned girl, don't believe in all the extra piercings, that is for sure, man, I was floored when I found out that people actually get butt implants. Lol, Can you imagine how terrible that is going to look in 30 years? Hahaha.

That is *way* too much. Although, maybe he's just kinda dumb, so when somebody told him to zip it...

I don't think there is a too much when it comes to body modification. People express themselves in many different ways. Just because one person does not agree with it, does not make it too much or wrong. Yes I agree I think that the Zipper tongue is absolutely disgusting, but I don't think it is too much, that is simply just the way the person is expressing their lifestyle! =)

I'm a big fan of piercings and tattoos. I see them as a way of customising your body and expressing a bit of individuality. However, there are definitely people that take body art and modification to a whole other level.

Whether this is "too much" really depends on their lifestyle I guess. That's my opinion anyway.

Some people go so far as to turn body modification into a way of "disfiguring" themselves, or changing their appearance completely, like this guy:

However, as shocking as his appearance may be - I'm sure he's living a lifestyle that he enjoys, and he's probably making a living off his looks.

So, although something might some "too far" for some people, I guess it's extremes that make this world interesting.

We wouldn't have a problem looking at heavily modified people in sci-fi and horror movies - so what's the big deal if some people allow that fantasy to spill into their reality?

Any modification at all is too much, If GOD wanted you to have piercings, tummy tucks, and the like, HE would have created you in that image.
