Unfortunately stretch marks that have turned silvery white are scares. The only treatment would probably be through some sort of cosmetic surgery. :(

Try to exfoliate the stretch mark area in small circular motions with a good loofah or micro cloth and or a exfoliating gel/wash, keep well hydrated, apply vitamins A,C,E collagen elastic oil/lotions/creams 2-3 daily, eat healthy foods rich in vitamins, anti-oxidants, minerals and healthy fats, work out and tone the areas where the marks are, cut out unhealthy foods, drinks and try to detox, Take vitamins
