I don't know but ELF is a pretty good brand and it's not expensive! That's what I wore when I went to middle school. They have a good range of products. The most expensive thing costs 12 dollars but that is a kit. The least expensive is 1 dollar. Sally Girl and Bobbi Brown are also good brands but I haven't used them much myself.
