As the major plot lines of rebelde revolves around a group of students forming band, leading role performers in rebelde, the RBD members use uniforms in rebelde. There are two types of uniforms used by RBD in rebelde. One is formal and other is informal.
In informal dressing the boys wear ankle length blue denim jeans while the girls wear blue denim mini skirts. Girls also use black leather boots.

Boys and girls both wear red sports jackets. More common dress they use is buttoned-up white dress shirts as used by the school students. They also used red ties with the white stripes making a design. One variation used by the girls is that they unbutton the shirts from the bottom. Often they untuck them and tie up their shirts to the belly which make their midriff exposed and provide the image of naughty school students.

In a few places the girls had a variation in the informal dressing. In that the girls wear black regulation briefs and matching bras which is also regulation. This dressing is usually used in song and dance number. A famous example of this is used by Mia in the series plot.
