I have cheek piercings, and did not have dimples before but now, when I take them out I still have dimples. They do leave permanent dimples and they aren't dangerous as long as you go to an experienced piercer :)

You always get dimples after having cheek piercings for ALONG time.
No if you get piercing in your cheeks it will not cause dimples and is dangerous you shouldn't get piercing to get dimples you can have serious damage to your face
