I reckon that's not a good idea. I'm not a doctor but I would
think if the wound is clean and settled then why not it's like
lying in the sun, however, if there is any unsettledness about
the wound then the heat will make this worse could develop
into an infected, swollen, oozing wound. You could
put a plaster over it but I still don't think it's a good idea
but then neither is the use of tanning beds...why age
prematurely when you can have a spray tan these days.
My sister's belly button piercing went a bit manky then healed
then went manky and in the end the body ejected the ring out
through the surface of the skin !!
