Well I believe 1cc of silicone equals approx 1g so that would be 400g per implant and 800g altogether which is 0.8kg or 1.76lb. It may be a little more because of the scar tissue that forms around the silicone implant, but definitely not more than adding a couple of pounds to your weight.
Silicone implants will not make you 10lb heavier. Remember just because 400cc is a lot of volume, the silicone is not very dense and so does not weigh a lot.
Fat is a similar density to silicone so even real breasts do not tend to weigh that much. If a woman had breasts that weighed 10lb in total, she would probably be a J cup!
