I imagine they do. They make incisions under your breasts, pull open the skin, insert and rearrange things, and stitch you back up. I would imagine there is pain involved. Some women believe it is worth the trouble. It's probably not. Larger breasts don't make you a better person. You're still the same person but now you will wear a larger bra. I don't get it.
