I can report with a reasonable degree of certainty that Cecily Tynan has real boobs, the knockers she was born with, and has not had breast augmentation surgery or a "boob job." After years of studying her rack, which I believe are the best in the weather-girl business, it is apparent that her right boob rides a bit higher and is a bit larger than her left boob. This condition is common among older women who have natural breasts, because the use of her dominant hand makes the muscle tissue on that side tighter and firmer, hence the bigger and firmer boob on that side. If she had undergone breast surgery, both of her cans would be symmetrical and identical in size, heft, and circumference, and both would hang at the same latitude - but such is not the case. I suspect that she often wears push-up or "Wonder Bras" to enhance the size and protuberance of her udders, but other than that, her bounteous boobs are naturally hers, untouched by the doctor's knife and silicone-free. Additionally, my research establishes, to a reasonable degree of certainty, that her bra size is a 34B. And since she's had a kid, there are likely a few stretch marks on those puppies as well.
