I'm not sure you're entirely accurate darkly. I believe the reason his skin is burning while sweating is due to an excess of those electrolyte minerals which can cause skin irritation in high enough concentrations. I would suggest to just drink water to help balance those levels out. Now again I'm not 100% positive so I would ask your doctor if the problem persists. Hope that helps.
